At Think Promos, our goal is simple. Deliver branded products you are proud to put your logo on. Every order matters, and we take full ownership of the process from proof to delivery.

Because most of our products are custom made, items that include a logo, imprint, or personalization are not returnable, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or production error.
Once your artwork is approved and production begins, the item is considered final.
You may cancel an order before it enters production.
Once production has started based on the approved proof, the order can no longer be cancelled and refunds are not available.
If you receive items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective, we have you covered.
• We will arrange pickup at no cost to you
• We will work with the factory to correct the issue
• We will communicate next steps clearly and quickly
Please notify us within 1-3 days of delivery so we can take immediate action.
Some blank, undecorated items may be eligible for return.
• Items must be unused and in new, resale ready condition
• Restocking fees typically range from 10 to 30 percent
• Fees are set by the supplier, not Think Promos
Any applicable restocking fee will be confirmed with you in advance before a return is approved.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
All returns require prior approval.
If there is an issue, contact us right away and we will issue return instructions if applicable. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Once returned items are received and inspected:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Credit card refunds are applied back to the same card
• Processing time is typically 2 to 3 weeks
Refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted.
All custom made orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless there is a verified production defect.
